BRIDGE STORIES

Here you have all the bridge stories I received via text message written in chalk on the bridge wall. The wall where the plaque now sits. If you have a very keen eye you may spot that there are some that do not appear on the plaque. I will publish all these and any new stories that arrive in plain text very soon. Please continue to contribute your own Bridge Stories real or imagined...

I cycle under this bridge every day to and from work. I remeber this text appearing on the wall and wondered what it was all about. There' a plaque now and i'm still no clearer....

Can you post the text? My eyes aren't good enough to read the online pic or the placard!

I cycle under the bridge and I see other people riding their bikes the other way and I wonder where they are going

Amazing there have only ever been four comments about this wonderful bit of poetry. I have been walking by it for years now and finally remembered to take a photo, thankful it has survived without being defaced (although it is well placed out of harms way). Then I checked and discovered this little 'blogspot' does exists. Are you the author, 'Bridge repair man'?
